ABOUT ST. MAARTEN

Welcome to the beautiful Caribbean island of St. Maarten/ St. Martin, the smallest island that is shared by a duel nation.  The island consists of St. Maarten, a country within the Kingdom of the Netherlands and St. Martin, Part of the French Overseas Collectivity. The Island is located approximately 150 miles Southeast of Puerto Rico, surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the winward side and the calm waters of the Caribbean Sea on the leeward side. Although Dutch and French are the official languages on the respective sides of the island, English is widely spoken.
